What's BabyFest?

 

BabyFest are one-day events attended by new and expectant moms. BabyFest features bump, birth & beyond products & services. BabyFest is the largest circuit of Baby expos for new and expectant parents in the US.

 

Applicable vendors for BabyFest include baby gear & accessories like strollers, car seats and baby carriers, birthing hospitals, centers & services, doulas, pediatricians, 3d ultrasound, umbilical cord bank, baby food, formula, breast feeding, daycares, newborn photographers, baby proofing, new mom retail like maternity accessories, baby food, bottles & sippy cups, breast pumps, mom and baby products and all things that go along with the "Bump" stage.

 

BabyFest take place adjacent to the successful annual FamilyFests (featuring Kids & Parenting products & services) in Denver, Colorado Springs and in Tampa. Attendees of BabyFest can attend FamilyFest for free and vice versa. BabyFests also take place as stand-alone table-top events within Baby retail stores.

There are several Sponsorships available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorships can help your business stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the event.

 

In addition, we offer product distribution, advertising on the show bag and can customize a marketing approach for your company.

 

FREE 30 MINUTE STAGE TIME-SUBJECT TO APPROVAL & AVAILABILITY (includes stage, microphone, draped table and electrical): Only available in BabyFests that take place adjacent to FamilyFests.

Free stage time is available to exhibitors subject to approval and availability. Stage time is only offered to clients who are advertising in the event. To book stage time, fill out the "Exhibitor & Advertising Contract".

 

PRIZE GIVEAWAY? (Cannot be a discount on your services)

Have a prize that you would like to giveaway at the event? If it has a value of at least $100, we'll list it for free on the show website and in various promotions. This gets you additional promotion at n/c; you giveaway your prize away at your booth. To do this, fill out the info on the Exhibitor & Advertising contract.

 

SHOW VENDOR DISCOUNT? (Can be a discount on your services)

Have a show discount that you're offering? If it has a value of at least $100, we'll list it for free on the show website and in various promotions. This gets you additional promotion at n/c. To do this, fill out the info on the Exhibitor & Advertising contract.

 

EXHIBITOR Contract

 

EXHIBITOR BOOTH PLACEMENT

Companies are placed on the floorplan based upon when we receive your payment. We finalize the floorplan one week prior to the event. When you come to the event please go to "Exhibitor Registration," and at that time we will let you know where you are located on the floorplan.

 

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

An “Exhibitor Package” will be emailed to you about 2 weeks prior to the show with the show setup details.
