WHAT IS THE EVENT EXPO?
The Event Expo is an annual one-stop shopping experience where the best products and services are showcased for all types of events & parties from small to large directly with the people (Attendees) who plan those events and parties. Attendees who visit may be shopping for one-time events, multiple events and/or repetitive events. Event Expo offers the "planners" a place to shop, get ideas, explore & connect with companies offering a variety of event-type products & services.
WHY MARKET AT THE EVENT EXPO?
At the Event Expo, do Face to Face marketing with the people planning events and qualify prospects in real time. By exhibiting you have the opportunity to:

Some "Planner" events promote that they have a trade show and workshops but never sell the prospective attendee on why they should attend. We're the opposite. We promote the particulars of the Expo to the Planners - the traditional and unique vendors that are exhibiting, prize giveaways (vendor prize giveaway is optional), sampling and any live-entertainment related vendors. We call it edutainment marketing; promoting education and the fun entertainment happening at the expo. In addition, we don't charge admission to the Planners like other Planner events. Event Expo has free admission (with proper credentials), paid admission can make a Planner decide not to attend. Our focus, to create all the reasons for the Planners to attend the Event Expo and do business with you!

We met with planners representing various functions to book at our resort.
Several interesting prospects from the expo.
The expo was a success-people that attended were very serious and had specific events they were planning-we got great leads.
We had never exhibited before so we didn't really know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by our results. The turnout was better than expected and the attendees were very qualified and a lot of them had immediate needs. We will be there again next year.
I got all sorts of leads, Corporate Events, Wedding, Bar Mitzvahs and more. Great Event.
I have seven solid leads for Companies with major events and many additional leads from the expo. If just one of the leads books with me it will pay for the event 20 times over.
We met new planners...booked a $10,000 meeting from our relationship we developed at the Event & Party Planning Expo.

EXHIBITOR & ADVERTISING Contract
EXHIBITOR Tabletop/Booth Placement
Premium tabletops/booths get automatic front placement. All other tabletops/booths are placed on the floorplan based upon when we receive your payment. We finalize the floorplan one week prior to the event. When you come to the event please go to "Exhibitor Registration," and at that time we will let you know where you are located on the floorplan.
An “Exhibitor Package” will be emailed to you about 2 weeks prior to the show with the show setup details.
Sponsorships /Product Distribution / Custom Marketing/Advertise on Show Bag
There are several Sponsorships available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorships can help your business stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the event.
In addition, we offer product distribution, advertising on the show bag and can customize a marketing approach for your company.
We strongly encourage (not required) that you give a prize at the expo. Prizes are advertised on the show website and in available advertising for the event. Prizes must have at least a $100 value and cannot be a discount on your product/service but have to be an actual prize. We do not collect prizes, you will give away the prize in your booth at the show - this allows you to draw more attendees to your booth and develop new relationships. Prizes with an exceptional value will be considered for additional promotions.
We do not charge attendees to attend Event Expo. If you would like to give out free invitations to the Event Expo as a gesture of your goodwill - - please let your Account Executive know and we will get the tickets to you.
