FamilyFest is Denver's only major Family Festival.
FamilyFest features vendor booths, kid’s entertainment and stage info; all kids’ entertainment is free with an adult paid admission. Attendees of FamilyFest come for the wholesome content of the Festival seeking the latest information, products and services for babies, kids, teens and parents.

Every Vendor Required To Have A Kids Activity
The key to success with any marketing is knowing your audience!
Families want your info but they also want to have fun with their Babies, Toddlers and Children. We require that every vendor have some sort of family-fun kids activity in their booth; the sky is the limit. This can be as simple as you giving out temporary tattoos, candy, coloring books, having some sort of carnival-oriented experience. You could hire a juggler, magician, balloon artist, kids character, face painter in your booth as well as other fun things. FamilyFest is the only event that allows you to be a kid again as well! The goal? We all have fun and at the end of the day you create new relationships and new business. Please indicate on the advertising contract what kids activity you will have at your booth at FamilyFest.
Our staff has produced events for 30 years with hundreds of produced events in and out of Colorado with most of our events taking place in Colorado. Over that time, we have formed unique relationships with local media who we promote our events with.
NO ADDITIONAL FEES - NO UNION FEES!
Each Booth includes: 8' x 10' pipe and drape space,
(1) draped table, (2) chairs, (1) exhibitor table tent card.
FREE STAGE TIME AVAILABLE TO ENTERTAINMENT TYPE-COMPANIES - Until Filled
Stage time is available to exhibitors on a limited basis to offer entertainment such as: Dance, Karate, Skateboard, Magic, Hula-Hoop contest, Music-Singing, Theater, Story-Telling & More. Stage time slots are 30 minutes total, please allow time to set-up and dismantle whatever you bring on stage. The stage comes with a microphone & stand, draped table and electrical. All stage presentations are subject to management approval. Stage presentations are promoted on the website and in various advertising and promotion of FamilyFest.
If you're interested in this opportunity, please provide the Title of your Stage Time and select your time preference on the "Exhibitor & Advertising Contract".
If you have a unique prize giveaway with at least $100 value we will list this on the show website. We do not take possession of your prize; it will be for you to giveaway in your booth. Fill out the appropriate area on the contract.

Standard Booth: $899
Standard Corner Booth: $999 Corner booth - one side of the booth has an aisle for additional visibility.
Premium Corner Booth: $1099 Corner booth - Guaranteed front area location.
For More Than One Booth: Additional booths take $100 off on the 2nd booth (Example: Two Standard Booths $899 + $799 = $1698)

Expand your marketing in the show by having your information stuffed in the show bag.

All of the advertising & promotion that we do for FamilyFest drives thousands of Families to our website annually.
We offer you a unique opportunity to connect to these Families by having a rotating Banner Ad (up to 3 advertisers per rotation) on the website. Families click on your Banner Ad and are directed through to your website or social media destination (you provide us with the link).
Banner Ad Pricing: $999
Banner Ad Schedule: Ads stay on the website till 12/31/19.
Creating Your Banner Ad:
Banner ads are 150 pixels x 150 pixels. Banner ads should contain creative artwork but may not contain contact info (phone, email, website). Let us know where to link the Banner ad to; it can be to your website or social media.
SPONSORSHIP / PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION / CUSTOM MARKETING
There are several Sponsorships available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorships can help your business stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the event.
In addition, we offer product distribution, advertising on the show bag and can customize a marketing approach for your company.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH PLACEMENT
Companies are placed on the floorplan based upon when we receive your payment. We finalize the floorplan one week prior to the event. When you come to the event please go to "Exhibitor Registration," and at that time we will let you know where you are located on the floorplan.
An “Exhibitor Package” will be emailed to you about 2 weeks prior to the show with the show setup details.
